TERMS OF PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY
MKU Media Limited and all subsidiaries or affiliated brands and companies stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from us (including all related website properties) are covered by the following policies.
Digital Download Products, MKU Media Limited
“You will receive access to the training platform immediately after the purchase. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of a MKU Media training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way. If you have subscribed to the month-to-month Subscription Training Access program, to cancel your subscription please send an email to email@example.com or if payed via PayPal, cancel directly in your PayPal account. Please be advised, that the cancellation of the monthly subscription is effective in the month in which you have cancelled.
Customers who implemented the training’s teachings completely yet don’t get any financial results can ask for a refund within 30 days after the purchase. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach screenshots of your ads and a link to your presell page for verification of implementation.
